BHMS CAMPAIGN

Atlantic Mas hosted its first annual Black History Month Summit in February 2020.

Goal: The primary objective of this campaign is to impartknowledge about black history to the younger generation.

Solution: The underlying concept involves showcasing iconic figures from black history reading about contemporary achievements of African Americans. The intent is to convey a powerful message, as these historical figures reflect on accomplishments they did not witness firsthand. These icons, who ardently fought for progress in their era, now have the opportunity to reflect on and appreciate the achievements of today. For instance, Martin Luther King Jr., a prominent activist from the 1950’s-1960’s, is depicted reading about Barack Obama’s historic inauguration as the first black president in 2009.
